Designed by Messrs Christy O'Connor Sr &Jr, the landscape here is strikingly beautiful and has been used to brilliant effect; but be careful not to take your eye off the course for too long.

Stunningly beautiful scenery and hospitality to match. The course is a little bit "rough and ready" in parts but overall I found it to be very enjoyable. Definitely not one for the feint hearted - there are a number of tee shots where you simply must hit the fairway. You must play tactical golf to stay out of trouble.

The course was not in the shape I would have expected, but I suppose it will improve over the summer.

A tough course when the wind blows. Received advice from players finishing round to play from green markers if we wanted to enjoy round. We took the advice and felt afterwards it was good advice. Some very good par 3s but I would imagine high handicap players could struggle. The walk from the 18th to the clubhouse is a bit severe after a 5 hour round.
